| Bad Eye, I was lucky enough to find one of his antlers in 2019. He had a weird growth on his right eye possibly a battle injury. We lost Bad eye Fall of 2020. |

| Beggar Buck was a beautiful and way too friendly buck. He ended up on our deck more times than I can remember, looking in the picture window. His antlers were wide and perfect. We lost Beggar Buck the fall of 2021, Hunters can legally shoot near the golf course and dangerously close to our homes. Just because it is legal doesn't mean it is ethical. Rumor has it that they chased the prize buck off the golf course to shoot it. |

| Buckaroo,.. Buckaroo was king of the golf course. A Golf course Buck that knew where he was safe. He rarely if ever ventured away and if he did he didn't go very far. We lost Buckaroo November 18th 2021. A shot rung out so loud and close to our home and the golf course it reverberated through the house. Again it was rumored that Buckaroo was chased off the golf course to the field across the street and killed. A golf course deer so tame you could walk right by him and he was fine with that. He dealt with golfers his whole life and never thought of humans as a threat. I will always cherish the 3 years that I was able to photograph Buckaroo. He brought a lot of joy to my life and the lives of others who live on the golf course. I had never had a problem with hunting or hunters in the past. Loosing these 3 Beautiful bucks and 3 other smaller ones that I named the 3 Amigos all in one year and all with the same back story about being chased off the golf course has changed all that. How unethical and inhumane to shoot semi tame deer. So tame you need to drive them out from their home to kill them. |
